Cash, Check, Card including Health Savings Cards

I am an out of network provider with insurance companies. Many policies do cover my services including Blue Cross/Blue Shield. You can check with your company regarding possible benefits for out of network. Tell them that you want to see “Rick Boyes PhD., Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.” I will provide you with a receipt for you to submit your own claim form if you decide to seek partial reimbursement. Payment in full is due at the time of service. I look forward to meeting you.
